Broken and damaged planter bowls have been replaced on entrance pillars around the community.
The pools on the north and south side have reopened for the 2025 season. Pool hours are 6AM to 10PM daily. Use of the pools are "swim-at-your-own-risk"; lifeguards will not be provided.
Please see management for any issues regarding FOBs.
Both the north and south side playgrounds were re-mulched at the end of April. Mats were placed below the swing areas to prevent divots being made from use.

The HOA dues for 2025 are $1502.20 (annual) and cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities in the community. HOA dues are subject to increase (with notice) every year.
The community Governing Documents are reserved for registered homeowners within the HOA. They are available on the Connect Resident portal (https://edgestoneatlegacy.connectresident.com), or can be requested directly through management by registered homeowners.
Any changes made to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. To submit an ARC application, please visit https://edgestoneatlegacy.connectresident.com and select 'Architectural Modifications' from your portal Dashboard.
Edgestone at Legacy features two Amenity Centers on either side of the property. On the south side of the community, you will find a playground, pool, gym, bathrooms, and management's office. On the north side, you will find a pool, playground, and bathrooms.
Both the north and south pools are open from the end of May to the first week of October. Official opening and closing dates are communicated directly with residents through email and Connect Resident Portal.
The gym is open from 4 AM to 11 PM. The bathrooms and pools (when in season) are open from 5 AM to 10 PM.
Office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday, not including major holidays. The main office is located at 6300 Edgestone Drive. Management can also be reached by phone (214.427.8792) or via email at management@edgestonehoa.info.
We have a knowledgeable onsite staff, so please feel free to visit the main office during regular business hours.
