All donations will be delivered to Frisco Family Services, who distribute donations amongst members of Frisco and Frisco ISD.

But that’s not all! For every item you donate, you will receive one (1) raffle ticket! At the end of the Holiday Drive, management will be pulling five (5) tickets where the winners will receive a luxury gift basket and gift card!
All donated items will be going directly to our local Frisco PD office where the toys will be distributed amongst the children and families of Frisco ISD.
Community News
New Planter Bowls
Broken and damaged planter bowls have been replaced on entrance pillars around the community.
Pool Reopening
The pools on the north and south side have reopened for the 2025 season. Pool hours are 6AM to 10PM daily. Use of the pools are "swim-at-your-own-risk"; lifeguards will not be provided.
Please see management for any issues regarding FOBs.
Playground Re-Mulch
Both the north and south side playgrounds were re-mulched at the end of April. Mats were placed below the swing areas to prevent divots being made from use.
