  Join us for a sweet celebration in honor of National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day!

On August 4th, residents can stop by the South Amenities Office to grab a delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie with a mini-ice cream cup, and a fun goody bag while supplies last.

Along with cookies, we’ll also be hosting our “Guess the Cookies in the Jar” contest for a chance to win a $50 gift card and a special cookie-themed prize! Check you email for more information on the contest!

    We are so excited to invite you and your family to our upcoming Back to School DIY Night!

What better way to get kids excited for the upcoming school year than by allowing them to personalize and decorate their own school supplies? 

During this event, we’ll have multiple creative stations where kids can decorate notebooks, water bottles, and more using stickers, markers, and fun accessories. 

We'll also be providing hot dogs, pizza and refreshments, as well as a photo op area for the parents and children to take fun school pictures!

  In honor of National Garage Sale Day, we are excited to host a Community-Wide Garage Sale for our residents!

Residents interested in participating will register through Eventbrite and provide their address so we can create a community map highlighting every participating home for residents to use while shopping throughout the neighborhood.
